Swamp Milkweed
Asclepias incarnata
Swamp Milkweed is a tall perennial with bright rose-purple flowers clustered at the top of branching stems. Its narrow, lance-shaped leaves grow opposite along the stem. Tan-brown seed pods remain through winter, adding seasonal interest.
